Version 1.5

This update makes DEVONsphere Express available also outside of the Mac App Store, brings support for Messages (Beta), improves web search, enhances the performance, and fixes bugs.

  • DEVONsphere Express is also available from the DEVONtechnologies website and accepts receipts of versions purchased in the App Store.

Version 1.4

Maintenance update bringing an option to easily update the index manually, better Postbox support, and live updating for Office 2008 documents. It also improves memory and CPU usage.

NEW:

  • Action menu item Update Index resp. Cancel Indexing to easily update the index manually.
  • Postbox support (enable Messages & Contacts to use).
  • The folder "~/Library/Application Support/DEVONsphere Express" can now be replaced by an alias or symbolic link.
  • Support for 64-bit-only Spotlight metadata importers.

Version 1.3

This update brings full support for Microsoft Entourage, adds a contextual menu item for adding items to DEVONthink Pro (Office), and shows document titles. It also improves the overall performance and reliability.

NEW:

  • Contextual menu item to add files and bookmarks to DEVONthink Pro (Office).
  • Full support for Microsoft Entourage.
  • Document title, e.g. of PDF or rich text files, is shown in parenthesis if different from the filename.

  • ".strings" files are listed in the Property Lists category.

Version 1.1

Version 1.1 brings automatic updating of the index, adds the option to send web results to Safari's reading list, speeds up indexing, and fixes a number of minor issues.
